       RealtorBootCamp.com is a 30 day business accelerator for real estate professionals. Everything happens online so you don't need to travel. During this month long program you will collaborate with realtors in your area, learn innovative techniques, automate your marketing and take actionable steps toward your desired income. Here are the bootcamp’s four main focuses:


Category 1: Productivity

Through this bootcamp, you will learn how to use TwoWks’s software to manage your goals and track your progress. For 30 days, these tools will help you do more of the things that increase your revenue. This bootcamp will also help you develop a system and lay a foundation for consistent improvement.

Here are some examples of agent related Templates that will be available within the bootcamp: 

  • Saturate search engines: make sure all social profiles are online (2 hours per week for 1 - 3 weeks and $0)
  • Make sure a great website is up (2 hours per week for 2 – 4 weeks and $10 per month)
  • Get an awesome video produced (2 hours per week for 3 – 5 weeks and $50 - $200)
  • Keep profiles updated for six months (1 hour per week for 6 months and $0 or 3 hours one time and $X a month)
  • Increase sales by 20% for the year (1 hour per week for 12 months and $0)
  • Write 3 real estate articles (1 hour per week for 6 months) 
  • Get 20% more referrals for the year (0.5 hour per week for 12 months)
  • Make sure 0% of closings fail due to Mortgage Company issues (1 hour per week for 12 months)
  • Make sure 0% of closings fail due to Title Company issues (1 hour per week for 12 months)
  • Have a more positive experience and less stress during closing (0.5 hours per week for duration of each close) 

*if agents have questions about completing a certain goal, they can ask others in the group who've already completed it

You will even get a specialized clock with soft weekly alarms to help get you into a routine!


 

Category 2: Accountability

In addition to coaching and training, you will be asked to formulate some goals that you can make progress toward within the month. You’ll be in an online group with other local realtors and they will hold you accountable to those goals through fun activities.

Each week during the month long bootcamp, you will be randomly paired with a different realtor (accountability partner). If you are not comfortable with different people having your information, you can hide your phone number by using a proxy Google Voice phone number.

Each list will have dozens of questions. New questions will be added daily. 

List A questions are just random questions to help you get to know the person you’re talking to (e.g. what makes you uncommon? what was the most interesting thing that’s happened lately? what would you do if you were locked in a grocery store with a tiger guarding the door?)


List B questions are related to the aspirations you are tracking on TwoWks (e.g. what was your biggest challenge in taking steps toward your goals? what positive things have happened to you as a result of going after your dreams? what can you start doing that will take you to the next level?)


List C questions are related to your profession as a realtor (e.g. What were your biggest challenges in driving business? How can you get your clients to refer you to their friends more? How can we work smarter rather than harder?)


 

Category 3: Referrals

TwoWks has developed an innovative method for staying in touch with your past clients and getting them to refer their friends who may be interested in buying or selling properties. This automated process might allow you to do 3 – 4 more transactions per year.

       Mark Stapp is the executive director of Arizona State University’s Real Estate Development program in the W.P. Carey School of Business. He is an active member of the Phoenix development community and has been part of various business enterprises and development projects for the past 30 years. Mark is the founding principle and managing partner of Pyramid Community Developers, a development management firm that provides asset management and design consultation services. He was also a president of U.S. operations for Naef International Management, a Swiss investment and real estate management company with holdings in many states. Mr. Stapp completed his graduate work in urban economics at ASU, was a member of the 2000 Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive & Professional Education program and in 2007 was awarded a Doctorate of Humane Letters from A.T. Still University for his work in community sustainability, health and wellness. 

 

       Hugh Lorch has sold over $100 Million worth of Residential Real Estate, Specializing in Mountainside, Golf Course, and Waterfront Properties. He has personally recruited and trained over 100 Realtors during his time with the #1 Ranked Real Estate Company in America, Keller Williams Realty. Through his vast experience with Luxury Home Sales he is currently helping Realtors succeed in the Luxury Home Market with his Luxury Home Sales Training Program. His educational proficiency comes from real world experience as well as years of mentorship by some of the top internet marketers and social media experts around the globe. In addition to executing real estate deals, contributing literature for industry content providers, and consultation through Clarity.fm, Hugh has a passion for making an impact for those battling poverty and starvation. Because of this, he founded World Food Day which is a simple solution that has participants donate just one dollar yearly on the fifteenth of May to help Feed The World. Currently Hugh spends the majority of his time in Thailand where he can take a hands on approach within its local real estate development community.
